3ヶ月経過報告

食事と運動の記録をつけて3ヶ月が経過しました。

まずは前月比(△はマイナスを表してます)

体重:△5.2㎏

体脂肪:△2.0 内脂肪:△3

記録開始当初より、体重△13.4㎏(4.46㎏/月)

ここ最近の食事の記録を見ると

朝は大体、バナナ1~2本(70~150kcal)

プラス時々ヨーグルト(プレーン)250g(150kcal)

昼は会社の食堂で食事(750~900kcal)

ここまでMin820~Max1200kcal

夜はキャベツ1/6個、ピーマン1or2個、

ミニ豆腐、ミニトマト3~5個を基本に

ナス、もやし、エリンギ、シメジ、舞茸、エノキなど等に

ツナ缶、ササミ缶でたんぱく質をプラス。

あとは味付けとか、スーパーの特売品で変化させるw

先週はホテルのバイキング(全種類食ったw)も食べて

土曜日は友人としゃぶしゃぶ食べ放題で食いまくって

結構食ってもだいじょぶなことがわかったから

月一くらいで美味しいものを、たらふく食ってもOKだな。
