富次郎
来週の勤務の都合で昼前に起床。
この時間からじゃ、長距離は無理だな～
ちょっとそこら辺をブラブラするか～と
軽装で出かけた。
地元の自転車屋さんまでいって
ボトルゲージを購入。（今までつけてなかった＾＾；）
装着感を確かめるべく、自販機で飲み物購入。
ちょっと走りながらも試すか・・・
うん、いい感じだね！
飲み物もあるしちょっと遠出でも・・・ｗ
ってことで、道の駅「どまんなかたぬま」まで
たこ焼きを食べに行ってきたｗ
「どまんなかたぬま」にあるたこ焼き屋さん「富次郎」
今日も相変わらず行列ができてます。
並んでもすぐ買えるから、問題なし。
ソースが甘口、中口、辛口と3種類あり
うちは関西風の甘口を頼んだ。
久しぶりに食べたたこ焼き・・・うまかった～♪
ついでなんで、タイヤキも買ってみた。
つぶあん苦手なんだが、ここのは美味しかったな～。
途中の小川にカモ？がいたので撮影。
撮影しようと近寄ったら、下流へ流れて行っちゃった＾＾；
すごく水の綺麗な小川でした。
おにゅ～のジャージを着て、ランランルー♪気分で
ポタのつもりが、気が付けば約2時間、40キロ。
ジャージだけじゃちょっと寒いってのがわかったぜｗ

脂肪の鎧が減ってるのでなおさらだｗ
風呂のイスも痛いし、どんだけ脂肪の恩恵に預かってたのか・・・ｗ
免疫つける為に、バランスのいい食事をしないとね。
