湯豆腐

昨日はトレーニングなかったので
摂取カロリーをがっちりと押さえたえら
体重がある程度落ちました。
まぁ週末食いすぎてただけで、出したらこんなもん?!

急激に寒くなり、湯豆腐でもと思い
ジムの帰りにスーパーへ。
結果出来上がったものは、カロリー豊富なちゃんこでしたw
作っちまったものは食わなきゃね~(´・ω・`)
